Policy

The Policy menu includes: Policy, Policy Group, and User Policy masters.

This menu will be displayed to the users based on their assigned policies.

Manage Policy:

  • Within this section, you will find a comprehensive list of all policies.(refer Fig 5.1)

  • You can utilize the Quick Search filter to locate a specific policy and then click the “Search” button to initiate your search.

  • This page provides detailed information about the policies.

Edit Policy:

  • If you need to make changes to the policy value for “TRANSACTION-RECEIPT-DATERANGE” you can access the “Edit Policy” option by clicking on the “Tag” icon on the “Manage Policy” page. For other policies, editing is not permitted.

  • Once you access the “Edit Policy” page, you have the authority to make necessary modifications to the policy value and save the changes by clicking the “Update” button.

  • Additionally, you can access comprehensive log information in the “Event Log” tab.

Add Policy Group:

  • To create a new policy group, begin by clicking the “Add Policy Group” button on the “Manage Policy Group” page.

  • The “Add Policy Group” page includes the following information fields.

  • In the “Info” tab, enter the Policy Group Name.

  • In the “Policy” tab, assign policies to the policy group.

  • After providing accurate and essential details, finalize the process by clicking the “Update” button to successfully add the policy group.

Manage Policy Group:

  • In this section, you'll find a comprehensive list of policy groups that have been added.(refer Fig 5.2)

  • You can use the Policy Group Name filter to locate a specific policy group and then click the “Search” button to initiate your search.

  • This page provides detailed information about the policy groups.

Edit Policy Group:

  • If you need to make changes to a policy group's policies, you can access the “Edit Policy Group” option by clicking on the “Tag” icon on the “Manage Policy Group” page.

  • Once you access the “Edit Policy Group” page, you have the authority to make necessary modifications to the policies and save the changes by clicking the “Update” button.

  • Additionally, you can access comprehensive log information in the “Event Log” tab.

Manage User Policy:

  • To access and view a user's policies, select the “Manage User Policy” option from the "Policy" menu.

  • In this section, you can observe all the policies that have been assigned to users.(refer Fig 5.3)

  • For precise identification of user policies, you can utilize the User Name and Quick Search filtering functionalities. Click the “Search” button to initiate your search.

  • This page offers a comprehensive presentation of the details of policies assigned to specific users.
