Member

Add Member:

  • To include a new member, initiate the process by clicking the “Add Member” button situated on the “Manage Member” page.

  • Fig 6.1
  • The “Add Member” page encompasses the subsequent information segments.

  • Enter the member details within the “Info” tab.

  • Provide comprehensive address information within the “Address” tab.

  • If applicable, furnish family-related particulars in the “Family” tab.

  • Upon furnishing the necessary information accurately, finalize the process by clicking the “Update” button to successfully add the member.

Manage Member:

  • Within this section, an all inclusive listing of members is accessible.(refer Fig 6.1)

  • You can use the Quick Search filter and other filters to find a specific member. After setting your search criteria, click the “Search” button to start the search.

  • There's also an “Export Excel” button available. Clicking this button will enable you to download the member data.

  • This specific page comprehensively presents the details of the members that have been created.

Edit Member:

  • In case modifications to a member's information are required, access the “Edit Member” option by clicking the “Tag” icon on the “Manage Member” page.

  • Upon accessing the “Edit Member” page, you are empowered to make necessary adjustments to the member's particulars. Once the necessary changes have been made, confirm and save the alterations by clicking the “Update” button.

  • Additionally, you can view the member's subscriptions in the “Subscription” tab within the “Edit Member” page.

Note: Please note that the “Export Excel” button and the “Edit Member” option will only be accessible to users who have the corresponding policies.
